What I usually do is hide my goods under one of the stone pillars. I cycle it around each time so people won't keep checking :)

It always works. Someone teleports in and walks right on by, cause me and my trading partner are hidden behind the stone with the trade goods.

Only pain in the ass thing about it is that sometimes we can't fucking find the damn goods again and spend like 5 minutes clicking to pick up the barrels :p
