People that never go to their hearths should get a "Bum" debuff and develop bad body odour, skin problems and paranoid delusions.

Here's the trick Stop whining at the whiners for whining about what you whiners do, and stop whining at the whiners when the whiners that whine about what you whiners do ,do the same thing to you whiners.

Define everyone?
When I was killed by a bug, I didn't whine.
I accepted my cape and moved on.

Well....I'm going to kill hanuman. A life for a life.
idk if I would call that whining.

Well you are likely an exception.

uh not really for warriors. in that case hearths are more like soulstones or phylacteries

So you agree with the aforementioned suggestion of debuffing players who have not visited their hearth directly for many in game hours? Yes you do.

SO let me get this straight...you want to penalize players for NOT using teleports?

I want to have it so players are penalized for not visiting their hearthfire, that teleporting through walls and ridges is just not possible, and it'll be like starving, only it cant instantly kill you..

Players would be gradually weaker and weaker suffering deeper and deeper debuffs after around 20 in game hours, and every 2 in game REAL hours the debuff gets stronger.

This would make it so players don't abuse narrow canyons to build thin brickwalls without gates to be relatively untouchable. Instead, doing such a thing would make them gradually weaker and weaker.
