Please tell your leader Delamore to stop taking credit for raids and murders he had no part in, even if you guys find it totally ironic and uber lulzy to pin the blame on yourselves.

You see, we are just lame pubbies and lack the goon's sophisticated sense of humor, so the fact Delamore was totally full of shit totally went over our heads when he claimed to be responsible for the codexia and innsmouth raids.

I don't remember being told to babysit Del. I don't think it's a very inviting thing, saying "Babysit your "leader" or die"

Should I also babysit other goons? What if one of them go in a town and kill someone? Are we ALL resposible for his action?

Babysitting him is one thing; distancing yourself from his wild claims when it's clear he's lying is another. Failing to do the latter might have negative repercussions on all Goons, even those who never took part in what he did, simply by association. You're part of the "Goon" brand, after all, and I think you collectively have enough of a gaming pedigree to lead to certain expectations of "Goon" behaviour from us pubbies. This is what Delamore has been encouraging, making us suspicious of all Goons.

Hey, I'm not the one who associate what one guy say to an entire group. And I wasn't the one who started blaming every stop on the production line up to that person, or whoever does something "Wrong"...

A cursory check on scents would have shown that his wild claims were just that. It was funny, it was some kickass photoshop (who doesn't love old WWII propoganda), and fact is that some folks are just so eager to kill goons that they'll jump the gun at any excuse to murder folks who've done no wrong.

e: also niltrias, get off your high horse, I know you were planning on killing me (still haven't managed it yet!) with Xanadu a while back, though I've done nothing but make tea and sausages for the entirety of my H&H life, owning no black skills. Now that's classy.

priyapat was a secret we thought all goons who conducted the raids had set their heartfires in the wilderness or other places to keep the location of piryapat a secret. Delamore had threatened codexia in the past and so, it made snese he would have been involved.

As far as JAltos arguments go :

Hey, I'm not the one who associate what one guy say to an entire group. And I wasn't the one who started blaming every stop on the production line up to that person, or whoever does something "Wrong"...

1. this one guy is your LEADER of course we are gonna believe what he says represents all goons because eh is like you leader and stuff ...remember?

2. If you had any interest in not being seen as guilty of these raids you goons would have denied Delamores claims that those raids at codexia and innsmouth were his doing. Why did you guys not deny these wild claims ? why did you let us believe it was your fault?

Nice use of the word "babysitting" it makes it sound like asking a simple request not to take credit for crimes he didn't commit involves somehow watching him every waking moment of your life.

Also if a member of my town was to claim credit for some crimes we were not involved in I sure as hell would jump in and say something. this member would also be exiled. If the leader of my town did something I didn't agree with and put me at risk of death I would probably just split.

If you dont do something about your own criminals then we consider that you are harboring them and so yes, we would consider you all guilty if you didnt somehow punish a member of your town that randomly murdered someone.

We set our hearthfires in the wilderness to keep pripyat a secret, yes. Because some people here have a hardon for killing goons, regardless of whether they were doing anything or not.

He finds it funny. He finds it even funnier when people BELIEVES him.

Oh, I'm sorry. We weren't part of the raids, thus we didn't really know about them. Sure, del knew and made a post about it, but the raid itself didn't affect us directly so we had no reasons to check the forum to see if Del made a post that angered everyone.

As in leader, he's no longer the leader since we moved to Prip.
