As it stands, individuals are free to establish claims and villages in the south east, as long as they are willing to accept the fact that they will pay tribute for the protection provided. If any developments are made that specifically damage the surrounding lands, specifically the forests, or lthe civ level, that will have to be fixed too.
Places such as bottleneck are outside of my protection, but border on my lands. I do not feel I have the right to deny them access to land they have so freely accessed for so long, so they are very welcome.
The only noticable change there will be in the South East is that crimes will be punished more often, and tribute may be taken on occasion.
There are also certain people I do not want in my area, specifically any residents of Laketown. Pinevalley and Stillmeadow I am unsure about, but the respective lawspeakers can contact me.
I have no wish for territorial expansion, instead i seek the preservation of the south east.
However, if individuals try to attack me by vandalising the land, that won't really bother me either. It's not on claim, I don't farm or build. It doesn't have an effect.
