i know we are trying to make goons look bad and all but you could at least give a nod to the fact that both warri's assassination and the macomb raid were retaliation

Retaliation for what?

ryft wrote:Yes, I am a bit confused too... how is raiding our village considered retaliation? We never did anything to anyone.

Retaliation for not paying a tax you were not informed about when Chernobyl decided the area belonged to them. Retroactively rendering any other settlement on it tenants. (Or Vassals, rather.) This lead to a pre-emptive retaliatory raid to forcibly extract the taxes from your settlement.

Either that or Jackard thinks proper grammar is for pussies. That ruggedly handsome 20something stallion of a man.

From what I've heard (which may not be true, but I think it is) what he's saying is actually the case.

Of course the goons didn't really make the fact that these were retaliatory strikes clear, in fact they tried to sell them as "oh we're scary, pay us protection racket" strikes at the time (which would have worked well if they didn't over-reach so much), so trying to convince people now is probably going to be an uphill battle.

Lol building on your land... actually we didn't even know Chernobyl was on that grid until after we established our village. Happy to know the cost of ignorance is a raid. :P I'll try to be more clairvoyant in the future.

Problem is, the whole world is Chernobyl land. Pick a reasonably sized piece of the world to call your land, so people who don't want to pay taxes can get out of the way. I'm sure many will stay because they don't want to abandon everything they've built.

Agarret and CG62, you're both idiots who are jerking off at the idea of a war that neither of you would ever involve themselves in.
Why is it that both of you have made lots of posts regarding a war but none of the people who would be involved in a war if it did happen has said anything about it?
You're both idiots.

I think the two of them should just declare war on each other and stop spamming.

Didn't I say this in the last thread? EXACTLY THIS?
