Three seconds later...

Blaze/Whoever ports to Rings of Brodgar and enter the city itself, sees this Balian guy, kills him and walks away...
No Scent left because they are part of that village at the time. Returning to their Heartfire and drinks a few mugs of beer before returning to work that they were doing before...

So let me get this straight. He is strong enough to kill everyone but doesn't understand what this means. Gods I can't even kill a level 5 Boar without getting my ass handed to me a few times before I get to the shallows. AND I know what this means.

Just over 10 days since this Balian account was made... -falls out of his chair laughing before falling into dreadful coughs because of his flu- Yeah I could so kill everyone after 10days of playing. Goons won't defend anyone who didn't pay the racket when it was up.
Also if Blaze left a scent you know half the game is gonna be on that shit, being in the village doesn't stop him from leaving it.
And the only reason I have not burned Brodgar to the ground is that only a dev can remove the charter stone, I have lost many invite alts when people log them out on the village land there.

That Balian was referring to everyone in the game, not just everyone in Brodgar. Its kinda ambiguous, really.
