I dont care how strong a character is. They shouldn't be able to break down a wall by hand, not even a pallisade. They need siege machines, badly.. The siege machines should be constructed in parts within a towns influence, and assembled near the town you wish to invade. It should take time to load, fire, and even calibrate the siege machines, and it should take at the very least, a real half hour to break a segment of a wall.

The only exception for taking down walls should be the people who lead the town, who can use town powers to remove them.
