I also Killed Tecumseh, who I was told is a goon and a thief. I didnt find him on Chernobyl, he was out hunting .

The exchange went like this. I noticed a guy, clicked chat to see who it is, say hello, and Mrs. Louse KOs me (I was low on health and more exploring than anything at that point). So I'm curious as to how rigorous this confirmation process is.

There was 1 with a bow, 3 with just normal stuff, 1 naked alt and then me.
I've also seen their forum where Niltirias asks for what goons he should target if he runs in here to kill us all, and the high and mighty heroes say "Hey just kill everyone if you're going to do it go out with a bang"
You can't claim the moral high ground when you're killing unarmed newbies, hell even we left the newbies alone when we raided.

ah cmon... arguing about moral high ground. they had the choice to play somewhere else rather than training for robbery in your militia camp...

This is how wars start. It is inescapable, and this is the first sign. Wars always start with one man striking down another for their noble cause, then hostilities grow and grow, until it bursts and out right war is waged. It will be interesting how towns side, with the goons? Or with the rebellion?

The beginning of it, but even if this is minor it's obvious to me that there will be a war.

He didn't need to, everything he said was pretty much on the ball. Although I doubt it will be a war more than a 'one side attacks another first, decimates their town and loots it all before they can rebuild, the end'. Which is why village v village attacks need improving.

They've already rebuilt, so yes, they can. It doesn't take long for the dead to re-train for another raid/grief attempt.

Here is an example.

Town A and Town B trade often.

Town C comes in and destroys town A.

Town B is outraged and defends town A.

Town B and Town C fight until Town D and Town E get worried.

Town C demands that Town D assists Town C in battle.

Town D refuses and instead goes to town B.

Town E is trying to stay neutral.

So now:

Town A is rebuilding

Town B is at war with team 2

Town C is at war with team 1

Town D is at war with team 2

Town E is neutral for now

This is simply an example of what might happen.
