I made one comment to voodoodog in German. His response, in English, showed he'd failed to understand me. I no longer believe that voodoodog's first language is German.

p.s. My German is dreadful - but, I believe, better than voodoodog's English. I would not, however, try playing a game in German yet.

I believe the comment was "Ich habe ein Worterbuch." (Sorry about the missing umlaut; I have an American keyboard.) I was of course suggesting that using a dictionary might help make your postings easier to understand.

Your response was about me not using a dictionary. Points for recognizing the word. Lack of points for the rest of the response.

[Edit - translated, the comment would be "I have a dictionary."]

The only people I know who don't know any good english are people who live on welfare.
If a german person doesn't know english well and is still a teenager (Like VoodooDog), then I'm going to ask a simple question:
What the fuck have you been doing, atleast, 7 years at school?

delfink wrote:most people i know can't build a simple sentence in english. wer are not the netherlands and we are not sweden. they don't learn english only from school. in germany you normally learn english only at school. many people are not interested in the english language and many people have problems with the english language. some people can speak perfect english, but they suck at maths. where is the problem? if you have a problem with voodoo's english: learn the german language 6 years at school. if you don't speak perfect german after 6 yeras (4 hours a week/ maximum 40 weeks a year) you are a looser like voodoodog, because you are to stupid to speak another language!

Thank you for passively trying to insult me, but I haven't visited a school since 12 years anymore. VoodooDog however, has a (most likely imaginary) job where it is required to know english or else you'll fail.
The person will always be assumed to talk to clients who don't know german, even in learning a programm languange or the basics (Learning to operate an OS) it's required to know english. Hell, how could he pass the Business English class if he has the qualification to be an IT-Administrator?

If you don't want to learn a language, then don't complain about others bothering you about it. Knowledge is free you fucktards. But lazyness doesn't justify this. Never.

Eventhough you're 26, you're still not acting mature. You are indeed a teenager, if not a child.

And your argumentation power impresses me, as usually.

Keep eating your melon Dirk.

that shows as little you of it understands. i dont fail in my job, although I speak this English. as an it-admin u dont have to learn programm language. (by the way, why u write 'languaNge' ? [ath style] you a little stupid kid, brainless with no life and *blablabla*[ath style])
although i must talk in my job english, there are many it-admin' s those that do not have. which you do not assume that, again once like few notion you shows actually has. iam a very good administrator and network technician AND i can talk with all english speaking people arround the world. they understand me and i understand them. i would not like to reflect with those over literary masterpieces.

I actually speak Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Casual Japanese (oral), English and German.

French, Spanish and English are taught at school.

What are you administrating, WINDOWS SERVERS? Obviously you never worked with a Bash interface.

Oh wow, good job noticing only that typo. Under many. Atleast I'm making some arguments here.

You're on the level of an insect, I doubt you can try to compare yourself to anything even near literacy level.

Before you progress this conversation, please scan in your certification and education papers. Obviously you are making false statements here and probably just some guy living off welfare and eating melons.
