Rugs was really just goon crime as a whole at the end of last map, I still got Rugs IV on my account.

Almost all the characters named Rugs were, there were maybe 2-3 who weren't his.
But alot of the crimes that were blamed on Rugs (Your death, Pinevalley raid) we're just goons.

Who was this Coriander anyway? All i know about him is that he got killed by goons(many of delamores "noobs" involved on that picture) and his meat got cooked on a nazifire.

Also i lost my 10m char to a bunch of noobs thiking they were right to retaliate their worthless possessions on a claimed q75 waterspot with a murder. Anyway, i got plenty of scents and revenge is a dish best server cold, so your meat is going to be dumped into water (or at least near shallow water since game mechanics prohibit the first one).

You attacked a town made up of unskilled guys and left tons of scents while breaking everything they had instead of just taking the water and leaving less scents. That town was protected by the racket.
Macomb was 20 minutes down the road from Chernobyl so regardless of what is said about "only enforce tax on those close" Macomb was close enough.

I don't think the folks at macomb even knew you were located in the same grid as them. You jus went on a rampage. you didn't warn them to leave or be taxed. thats the way cakeport handles it. I'm pretty sure there was no attempt on your behalf to even tax them, and since you believe the entire hearth belongs to you, there's no way you would have told them they need to leave or suffer repercussions.

Macomb was targeted because it was the closest village that had not paid.
