Illegal logging

Postby Brosephine » Sat Aug 15, 2009 9:44 am

Tarn Freebrook is believed to have cut down the town Appletree in Brotopia and basically condemed us all to starvation - or endless baking.

I propose the death sentence.

I'm Tarn Freebrook in-game.

Good to hear i've been cleared of the foul deed.

Couple of questions though;
1) Just where is Brotopia anyway? I've never been there, so why was I even a suspect?
2) Does this have anything to do with that runestone I found outside my place, the one that says: "Runestone was'ere, Tran Freebrook is a faget"?
Spelling aside, it's only mildly annoying, but still...or was that just some random griefer?

And, if it hasn't been replaced already, I can prepare a seedling apple tree to replace it, if you're interested.

As I heard it, a guy with the ranger skill tracked down the guy's heart to your claim. I don't know much about the runestones though.

Still, surprised someone made a thread about some random griefing. It's mostly a bunch of our sapplings got cut down before running off when someone noticed and messing with leather making process. Fortunately, most bros who care for that kind of thing have got the leather items they need as we share with bros.

Yeah, It's a guy who's been staying with me on my claim. We talked earlier ingame, and he explained that he stole some bunny slippers, and chopped down the apple tree. Apparently he owes some reparations? He was busy making loads of bread earlier, and he mentioned some other stuff as well, in regards to that.

That dastard! Clearly this is a criminal mastermind. You would be doing society a favor to boot him out. Permanently.

More then anything he just came along and cut down all the sapplings he could find, cut down the central tree, quick removed items from containers, removed hides from tanning tubs in order to mess with the process ect ect.

The theft itself was pretty insubstantial, we have tons of bunny slippers we just can't shift so taking them is a favour more then anything. No matter, most the important stuff is in claimed land at the moment, still you may want to do something about the fact he lives in your claim as he's clearly playing to grief right now or could even be construed as your alt. I doubt bros actually care that people harbour griefers but others might.
