After much deliberation amongst the High South Easterly Council, we have decided to declare war on Laketown.

This is a declaration of war, you have 24 hours before hostilities commence.

I for one would like to be the first to welcome our vegetative overlords and would like to offer to help round up citizens to work in their vast sugar mines

Given the impending Armageddon, Laketown formally requests The South East expedite its annexation and roll out of its new health care plan to future citizens of the new northern province of the south-east.
