Invite for housing/homestead

I would like to send (I'm not asking for housing) out an invite to other semi-newish players who need a place to go and are pretty active. Someone with farming xp would be nice. You can bring a friend or w/e, pm if interested.

Some things I have:
-several ovens/kilns
-loom
-carrot, wheat, onion and flax farms
-palisade enclosed homestead (nice for protection against nasty critters)
-river access
-few neighbors, no active neighbors
