We all know cows or yaks or other beasts of burden were used to plow fields. The thing is our hearthlings can do the exact same thing alone. It's just not feasible to do so.

Perhaps using a cow to help plow would be feasible and you could make it go faster?(considering not everyone can get easy access to metals to make super crazy fast plows..XDD!) This would then help to push a new feature through. A whip.

When I used to have absolutely no metal, I thought that the current plowing speed was nice and quick.
If I compared it to a metal plow, I wouldn't be able to tell the difference as long as I had some food, a chair and a lot of time.

How about having it drag a larger plow which plows two or more squares at a time?

I like this idea.

Also, +1 for the rhyme, "cow plow."
