Cooking limits: quality affected by perception
quality of cooking recipes
quality of unbaked goods - If PER is lower than the average quality of the ingredients, quality = [PER+ 2*(ingredient 1 + ... + 2*(ingredient n)]/( 1+2*n), otherwise it's just said average.
, quality = [PER+ 2*(ingredient 1 + ... + 2*(ingredient n)]/( 1+2*n)
[PER+ 2*(ingredient 1 + ... + 2*(ingredient n)]/( 1+2*n)

Re: How quality works

What part of "provide links" do you not understand?
FYI, Wikipedia is not a valid source for game mechanic information.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

Re: How quality works
Maybe next time try using a little bit of (not so common) common sense and deductive reasoning... inside the brackets you have 2 open parenthesis but only one close parenthesis, so a simple typo...now where should that missing ')' go? Obviously you assumed it went just before the bracket, which is understandable but does lead to the confusion you are having. However, if you ask yourself "where else might it go" you'll see that it could also be 2*(ingredient 1) + etc. etc. which makes a helluva lot more sense in context. Guess it wouldn't be a bad idea to update it on the wiki ... done.red9 wrote:quality of unbaked goods - If PER is lower than the average quality of the ingredients, quality = [PER+ 2*(ingredient 1 + ... + 2*(ingredient n)]/( 1+2*n), otherwise it's just said average.

Re: How quality works
Doesn't carpentry infects the board quality in stead of survival or am i wrong?
Also at aurochs you should mention:
-aurochs hair (quality = soil where he stands on)
-milk (determined by 4leafed clover and...?)
great post
