What staff is that? Yesterday I also learned of a dev item not in wiki called wizards cape.

Wizard's staff, q10. Takes up both hand slots and can summon dragons.

Dev Items:
Wizard Cape - Blue cape
Cape - Red cape
Wizard Staff - giant spoon
Druid Cloak - Green cloak
Wizard Hat - LS Hat that anyone can wear
Wizard Robe - LS Robe that anyone can wear
Hermine Cloak (spelling that right) - A long red gown-like cloak
Wolf Cape - a Black Bear Cape with a different head/When you aggro something you hear a howling noise.
