He is still collecting pearls to pay people for the tables, or maybe he encountered a troll which then proceeded to drag it's balls up and down Hun's face.

For anyone reading this thread in the future, Hun said at one point that trolls are 1%, that's just not true, they're probably more like .1% or 0.01%. After having mined a lot and finding out a lot more, I can be confident it's way hella less than 1%.

I thought your chance to find one increased with depth?

If depth is a factor at all the only thing I have would have noticed is that they get rarer the further down you go.

Doubt depth is a factor, did a bit of L1 digging never found one, did some L4 digging with others, and seen others dig, found quite a few.

No I didn't figure out the formula. HQ water is very easy to get en masse, so if you're making HQ trees, you go for buying that, it's cheaper and you get more out of it. Soil, go with the highest you can get, but don't go nuts, if you have to buy it I guarantee it'll cost too much.

The clay, obviously the pots get a lot of mileage, so that's also a good way to raise the Q.

he's right. 100 liters of water is 100 trees. HQ tables and pots have infinite uses, and you only need 1 table and 1-4 pots, since germinating a tree only takes 1.5 hours. It would be great if you have access to a HQ soil node so you can just take soil when you need it, but if you don't, don't go breaking the bank for q90 soil when you can get much more q90 water for the same price.
