Fucking awesome ideas. +100. I hope Jorbtar take a good long look at this post.

However I would like to make a minor amendment. If you are attacked, especially on your property, you shouldn't leave scents from defending yourself unless you murder the attacker. It's one thing to knock them out and hope they learn a lesson, with no scents on yourself they can't summon you for payback. However, theft (not sure if that should leave a scent, since they need to learn, right?) and murder should leave scents if you kill the attacker.
