Hey man, don't hate on progress quest! No but seriously, if you design a game to potentially be like progress quest, it's gonna be like progress quest. I don't think H&H actually is a game designed to be like progress quest, but it has some flaws that need to be fixed, and in the mean time, everyone should have equal access when it comes to exploiting those flaws.

Devs will guide the game on the road they like, when they'll have the time.

In the meanwhile there is a jungle here in H&H, but the best jungle it could be in this dark era is an equal jungle for everyone. No hidden clients, no hidden cheaters, no hidden glitchs and so on. Everything public, and i mean, every single secret client.

So everyone can cheat, everyone can glitch, everyone can ruin the game, but at last everyone have the same chanche to play this game,ruined as it is. Afterall is a dark age, but is nice know that you have the same chanche of another player.

Who don't want to ruin the game can play the standard client, and NO ONE SHOULD TROLL THEM. (I saw often people laugh at who use the standard client, calling them "stupid".)
WE are the cheaters, not who use the standard client. So WE are the stupids that runs each other to have the best client, fearing who'll be advantaged.

What's important is that everyone can potentially use the same cheats, if they like to do it. This is a fair dark age. Is the best we can do, until this dark age will end.

I can understand why these are being put out and why equality is good but I think people are hoping for a response from the devs that they are incapable of providing at the moment or at any time in the immediate future. I guess, now that this has been released, we just have to wait and see what becomes of the world and how things react.

Auto aggro doesn't exactly make a difference if this 10 second hearth delay gets released. Same with auto logout. Alg's main goals appear to be to try to ruin the game and cause shit storms, both of which he's doing a fairly good job at.

Long story short, alg is a fucking faggot

I am sure people have already made this happen, all alg has done is released it to the MAINSTREAM. Atleast now those select few that had either mod has had their advantage diminished.

LET THE BATTLE OF THE MODS COMMENCE!

As always I am not going to even ever leave my village now.

Also here is another thing, if people are using auto aggro bots, now there is definetly no reason to not auto hearth. The aggressor has the advantage (always has) as he will become prepared with water etc, while say a forager will use that space to forage. 5 second cast time on teleport to hearth? Well I think hearthing was the only defence mechanism available to a weaker player, now practically useless other than for travelling.

But hey, I am biased as I am always the defender/runner.

@bmjclark, I think he is either trying to diminish the advtange that players had, and to provoke a response from the devs, showing how flawed the system is currently.

Almost guarantee that this isnt the first mod that has been released that has the ability to do this.



EDIT: also logging out automatically with auto aggro bots is stupid. What if you are actually aggroed when it tries? Easy kill.

Another mod I'm not bothering to download :). Didn't update my ender's client either. You guys suck horribly. Fuck you alg. You don't even fucking play.

Zelacks, i don't believe thats what he's trying to do. I think everyone was fucking surprised jorb stepped into the autohearth situation, even if it's just a band aid fix. I know i was. I honestly can't believe his intention is to have the devs step in when the chances of it were so slim. This server restart can't come soon enough to make these mods useless.
