Just to let people know. It haven't been fixed.
Someone tought it was, reading this update: "Gaps in default ridges fixed"

I honestly dunno what that update mean... but just to avoid that people build near a cliff thinking it's safe, Know that cliffjump bug is still here.



And now, to give a sense to this topic, someone could explain me what's was that update for?

It's not there anymore.
Install Union, CTRL + H with it if you're so unsure.
The collision box changed and is now better.

It means the edges of the cliffs graphics used to be off by a pixel, kind of like when you light a kiln. That was fixed. I don't know if the jumping bug was fixed.

So we're gonna have Boat going off cliff as ramps soon?

That sorta bring up the idea of waterfalls lol... And currents.

i tried it and i was able to jump over the cliff in both directions.

They should just make the entire cliff not walkable by making the area where the cliff image appears, collide from a further distance.
Maybe double it so the tile it's on isn't walkable even.

I wonder though, cliff has similar attributes to walls, and people don't walljump things that's about a tile thick.

Its half fixed, some cliffs are still jumpable.
