Of course, the main reason wolves aren't already in the game is, as you know, lack of reasonable AI (and the same goes for lynxes, but they haven't been drawn, at least). Many of the other critters listed are, of course, reasonable, so I guess the list might be good to have for reference.

That was said in 2011. Leave all those stupid snakes , owls, wolves, asses and other pointless additions aside. But will we eva get bee hives and badgars even after 2 years?

I love all of this. Animals are the best part of this game, every time I see a lady bug, a fox chasing a rabbit, a herd of aurochsen or mouflon, it makes the game that much more enjoyable.

I really hope that the modernization of the coding will make it easier for them to program the AI and implement these animals.

Also, I loved the falconry idea. I'd do it just for the hell of it, even if they only took rabbits.

spider - possible low level combat opportunity, source of spider silk bandages

The game has spider, but they are only found in roots sometimes or it says ''Itsy bitsy spider.'' Why low level? runescape much?
I would say that a Beaver would be a low level or make a reference '' -Just-an-Beaver''

If we take bee or spider dwellings found naturally, it will also be a good idea to implement new Buffs into them.

Lets say if u decide to raid a bee-hive, u have a chance of getting the "sting of a bee" buff which depletes ur shp per time.
Same goes for spider webs. If u raid them, u'l get poisoning buff

I saw some suggestions for wolves and guard dogs and such. If you could domesticate wolves into dogs, maybe you could train them to be hunting dogs?

You could take a dog out with you and it could sniff out the general direction of an animal (such as a fox), kind of like prospecting or finding spots for wells.

There would have to be a limit on this of course, your dog can only sniff out so many animals in a certain amount of time before it has to rest.

That's just my opinion though. Can't imagine how much work that would take to make.
