you see the difference to yours? try that - if it doesn't work post screenshot of possible CMD window messages

So I added .exe to the run.bat - unfortunately the problem persists.
Here is what the CMD says:
Code: Select all
C:\Documents and Settings\Murphy McMittens\Desktop\HnH_Ender_x32>.\updater\HnH_u
pdater.exe
checking for updates...
updates not found

C:\Documents and Settings\Murphy McMittens\Desktop\HnH_Ender_x32>"C:\Program Fil
es\Java\jre7\bin\javaw.exe" -Xms256m -Xmx512m -jar haven.jar moltke.seatribe.se
-r ./res

I don't get any errors or anthing, it just stops working :s

look into this path
C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe
in windows explorer and make sure it's correct, also it should be used with Ender_x64 only as it's the path to Java 64 Bit - Java 32 Bit would be in C:Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\bin\javaw.exe and is for use with Ender_x32

this is the archive: updater.7z (7z is the file extension used by freeware 7zip packer/unpacker - http://www.7zip.org ) - it contains a folder "updater" and a file "updater.cfg" - both go into Ender folder - there's no need to unpack anything inside the updater folder

btw. it was an answer to nabie ;) edited ...
And what about solving one problem at a time ?!?

Uh I checked the site out for the updater and when I downloaded the x_64 version it says my processor doesn't support this program or something.
Which I'm guessing is because I have 32bit windows instead.
Maybe I renamed it to Program File without the (x86) a while back.
So I think I should stick with the X_32 Enders.

did you unpack the updater.7z and copied into Ender folder?

Ender wrote:To install it just extract contents of archive into game folder

It might also be that your updater download is corrupt. The message appearing sending a report to MS about the crash is normal behaviour when an application crashes in windows - just click "don't send"

I did. But there's unpacked library.zip. I have just unpacked it(library.zip) in hnhender\updater\library folder, but to no avail. Yes, I know that about microsoft reports :D

@nabie

i don't think the updater.exe cares much about a libary folder with compiled python files in it ... ;)

i suggest to rem out the updater for now - i.e.
Code: Select all
rem .\updater\HnH_updater.exe
"C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe" -Xms256m -Xmx512m -jar haven.jar moltke.seatribe.se -r ./res
pause

latest Ender is 06.04.12 - you can check in changelog.txt - if you havent that: grab the update and unpack into Ender folder

When there will be a new update it prolly gets announced loud enough...

The digit toolbar on my ender's client has completely dissapeared. I've tried deleting the belt config in the folder but it still won't appear, anyone got any suggestions? Prefer not to set it all up again but that's looking likely.
