Well, what do you expect a troll to be? Charming?
Jokes aside, it's a bug which also works on mouflons. Stern order gives you 5 advantage OR -5 advantage so you got lucky on this one.
I reported it back in W6 but never got a PM back...
Oh wow, someone made the same joke in the video.
Btw: Nothing to do with charisma.

I really hope he doesn't fix it on trolls, its the only way to combat them honestly. That and opp knock with combat med on.

If we had 2-3 people down here throwing CDTT on me while I had combat med on I could probably have killed him running around like I did and stacked 30+ coins then used 4x Opp Kock + sting / cleave. After I got KOed I really didn't think it was smart running in there with 40HHP and give it a 2nd shot, but next time I definitely will.

Oh and I think the taming bug fix was the charisma rebalanced on the mouflons and auraches. I tried it early this world when trying to tame, it didn't work.

No it isn't. Loftar thought he fixed the bug-taming where it follows you around. (pretty sure)
Anyway, how can you get combat med while you're moving? I'm pretty sure that stances don't work when you move. I'm 100% sure bloodlust, oak and dog don't work, but... Combat Med works?

It doesn't, you need to stand still. But that's when coordination comes in. You need to communicate your gonna stop for a sec so people your in spar with can land the thunders the second you stop, then start moving after they have done there moves. If you use low UA toons the thunders they land will be in very low delta compared to you. If you have 1UA alts vs your 200UA you gain like 50% Combat Med per alt.

Btw, you can set 4 alts in corners of the minehole and spar all of them. If you wanna go up, use a move on the north alt. That way, your stances are usually active.

Now that I am looking at the fight a 2nd time its clear that trolls just glitch with there path AI. If loftar just added a check wether the target is in range of attacks i.e. if the target is closer then 1 tile it should just not do the move. The whole path thing only glitches cause your standing inside his path box causing a glitch where the troll thinks there is no path.

I hope loftar can read this and add that simple fix. Just make trolls do cavins if there target is farther then 1 tile.
