I cant run the game

So, I downloaded the game from the website by hitting the "play" button, but then when I clicked it it says "which program do you want to use to open this file?" and brings up things like internet explorer and notepad. I tried using every single one, but they all either give me some code, or nothing at all.

Sounds like you don't have Java installed.

If you're on windows you can Shift+Right-Click > "Open command window here"



This will bring up a console in your current directory.

From there type in "java -jar <file>"



Not sure exactly how to do that in any other OS.

Again on Windows (Windows 8.1) this is how the default program should look.



Right-click the file and select properties to get the window on the left up.
