By no means a proper defense, what it serves is to force people to leave scents to enter (requires a claim). This keeps out casual thieves.

It's not a replacement for a palisade and later brick wall, it's a stepping stone towards it :)



I logged back on after I got home from work and my cabin was destroyed. Apparently there are no repercussions for destroying a cabin to get at the loot inside.

If you don't have yeomanry and a claim, you aren't protected. Always, always, always get yeomanry and a claim down before building anything more than a lean-to.

JLo changed the house mechanics from a 24 hr dry time to 0 soak and building up to full soak over 24 hours. yes, people are knocking down houses with 10 str and a stone axe. Anything to cause problems before the free time is up, I guess.
