Will new 7hours/week stack or just refill?

This is something I wanted to double check myself. Like say you lose net for a month or so...
Will that mean that you have all that time pilled up or is it staying on the 7hrs

I don't know if anyone else here plays any other stamina app games like Brave Frontier or Love live, but it would be similar to that.

In that once your stamina bar refills, you are "wasting" energy NOT playing the game. However, most good stamina games actually give Free to play players a good way to keep up with paid players(exceptions are the obvious whales that spend 1000$ a month or something). The FTP players just have to make sure they don't "Waste" too much unspent stamina when their stamina bar is full.
