Nothing except follow them for a speed boost but their movements are erratic.

They are known as Dryads, and to this day, nobody has figured out what exactly they do.. maybe this update will make them useful or something.

In Haven 1.0 they would heal wild animals.

Nope. Deer did that.

Yeah, the dryads, that's what they were called.

I remember them from previous worlds, just wondered if they did anything.

Could be I was doing it wrong but it appears you can't actually follow the dyrads like you used to?
