Im trying to play the new hafen, but if i click the play button on website even on game.havenandhearth.com. it says error has occurred, or if i download the clients it shows up with a black screen for minutes and doesnt do anything.. i just want to play the game to try it out.. someone help please :(

Sounds like you at least have java installed if it's launching.

Looks like your graphics card doesnt support shaders or is outdated

If its the same error message than the rule still applies you either need to find an update to your graphics drivers or you need a better graphics device

In case you have microsoft supplied drivers for your graphice card: get current ones from hardware manufacturer

And next time please take a look at the Bugs section, this is known and the line above has been written there already enough times.
