Tools of the trade

Hey devs,

Now that you gave us game time tokens that can be traded in game, how about you give us a proper trade interface. I am somehow reluctant in placing a 15usd token in a random box, waiting for the other character to place his part of the deal. You do not have to reinvent the wheel here. You can just take a simple system that works in other mmos. Like the one in wow for example. Both players have to agree before they can pickup the traded items, from the trading intetface.

Thanks

You can just kill player youre trading with.

But that would be unfun if you couldn't kill the happy merchants ¦]

I'm aware what kind of a game we are playing, and I'm ok with the risk of someone killing me and take all my stuff. If I am dumb enough to let myself killed while trading, or if the opponent is smarter and stronger and kills me, that's it, we both deserved our fate. You need to invest in a character to go around and kill happy merchants. What I'm not OK with is giving the players the possibility to ninja your stuff while trading with a simple click. Maybe barter stands will fix that.

Just knock him out if he "clicks" your stuff.

Last time we had barter stands, trading through them was impossible because anything of value was instantly stolen from them.

Jorb has stated we're getting barter stands that can be traded with across walls in some fashion. So it is planned, not sure when they plan to get to it.
