The issue is, under no circumstances should it BE possible.

Right, because pumpkins take only 1 day to grow and also don't require barley, which also grows in one day

Was referencing a weekly production by # per day. Seriously? I know neither of those grow in one day.

so your plan involves a 2000ish tile pumpkin field, i'm not even going to bother doing the math for the barley

2000 * 4 * 75 / 2 / (14-5)

33333 tile barley field or 183 m²

Edit: Don't forget the 60 barrels of HQ water.

Precisely the issue I proposed to address with this.

Except there is no issue. Like we said, please take a look at the Satiation system. I highly doubt you have seen anyone powerlevelling their stats via 1 million pies.

And that's only a 45x45 field of pumpkin, a 183x183 field of barley, hardly a difficult thing to accomplish or manage.

I have such a farmer at my disposal, were I so inclined to do so. I have taken a look at the satiation system, and variety is a thing. It has been shown that if such a thing *is* possible, such a thing will be done.

No you are forgetting one very important variable: Efficiency. This is just inefficient as fuck, you can achieve the same thing with a much smaller work load.

Also nobody cares about Titans. If such a pumpkin project was done it would be to raise an alt army and that is possible either way, with our without a cap on eating food.

If we consider it takes 2 seconds to harvest, another .5 to replant them, .5 second per tile for logistics, 5 seconds per (9/25) tile to grind to flour, you get a workload of about 160k seconds or 44 hours of non-stop playtime just to process flour.

I'm sure you can find someone braindead enough to do the same task constantly, or perhaps you're considering cheating by using bots. But it's not a realistic scenario.

And then we haven't even considered the time spent on putting things in the oven or taking out, and harvesting the pumpkins.

Already found someone who has done/will be doing just this. It's what prompted the post.

Well good luck to you both then. Call us when you have 10k hp.

Worth noting this isn't a technique I'd use, also the reason for the thread title. But meh.
