Fountains

Allow us to beautify our villages by giving us an alternative structure to the well: Fountains. Effectively the same as wells but without the water drawing time and allows a hearthling to sit on it.

This can be a paid skin to put over wells even and I will happily throw money at you, especially if the fountain doesn't do anything that a well doesn't.
