Yes, because rampant leniency has not diluted the system far enough yet.

Idea: Every time a Hearthling takes damage he gains five hhp permanently. Ids only fair.

They can put 1 gauze on and in 2 days have the 25 damage wound gone. The non-fighter would need 12 bandages to accomplish the same thing.

I've used probably two dozen poultices from accidents and wear and tear. It's not a big deal.

Agree with that. As in real life, if i had 100 hp normal (because im not sweden, they have more constitution), deep cut for 2 hhp is little bit strange, its called scratch and not a deep cut in the vein.

The current system is fair imo. Don't partake in activities that get you banged up so much and heal all wounds immediately, even if you think they're minor.

Alternatively, and this might please you jorb :P maybe small wounds don't stack into more dangerous ones enough is the problem. Would people prefer that 2*5 becomes 8 + 2? Or 4*5 18+2?

Arguably right now, a lot of little cuts are harder to heal than one big one. But this would backfire when people stack a fell slash into a wretched gore.
