Let your grape juice go stale so you can get vinegar. Also, wine is used in at least one recipe (it's a +CHA recipe if I recall right...*)

*edit: dex and cha with a bit of psy.

They are? That good to know.

Pipestuff however is useless at this point, and wine is undrinkable, makes sense since they both removed travel weariness, which got removed from the game, but will wine still increase your attention allowing you to fit more curios?

Also, does tea work like it did in legacy haven? Because if I remenber correctly it increased your learning ability, which also got removed from the game with the personal beliefs system.

Stitched up makes me feel like I got stitched up.
Seems to be 24 hours per point of damage, so I'll lose the debuff in 42 days.
