Display claim name on bond mouse-over

Any chance we could have the tooltip for claim bonds display the bond's name, rather than "A Bond of Blood & Soil"? Waiting for the expanded tooltip to turn up is sort of tedious.

That wasn't the suggested idea, though. The suggestion was simply to show the name that is given to the bond, and always available in the extended tool-tip, on the immediate tool-tip.

Fun fact: you can already tell who own's a bond if you have them kinned or memorized. Approaching it blips up with 'this is claimed by x', so V's fears are already truuuue~
