I suppose if it's something nobody would mind, then I like that idea more than the lp inherit requirement.

Before I had my farm running, I used naked suicide labor. Once I got my farm running, I find it easier just to feed him high energy cheap foods without caring about hunger or stats. The hassle of resetting permissions and unknown player alarms just make alt spam undesirable now.

You're part of the problem. Burning out alts to do menials tasks is not an intended purpose.

They could still find their way back to their base with the world map, but they wouldn't be able to do it as easily as re spawning at the same hf over and over.

This would be worse than death for an established player, especially one who is located a considerable ways from spawn. -1. I agree there needs to be something in place to stop the throwaway alts, but that's a step too far in the wrong direction.

Not really. It is worse that death for a noob, since it will take longer to get back to where you were than it would take to make a new character. But for an established player the hours spent finding the way back home are trivial in comparison to the effort needed to get a new character back to the same stats you had.

I think this ability should only apply if you are somewhere you shouldn't be. IE - On a claim or village you don't have permissions to, OR have had an act of violence perpetuated upon you by the person issuing the teleport. "You were somewhere you shouldn't be son... Consider this a mercy."
jorb: I don't want *your* money. You are rude and boring. Go away.
Sevenless: We already know real life has some pretty shitty game mechanics, it's why we're here instead.
Avu: The end is near it has finally come to pass: I agree with Lunarius...
Shubla: There are also other reasons to play this game than to maximize your stat gain.
