Combat Move "Think" Literally Useless

Think gives the same ip/cooldown as take aim but has the limit of needing 4 ip before it can be used. Needs something distinguishing or different about it or might as well be removed.

lower it's CD would be ideal.

think cost to much only by one fact- adding a card to your deck is a big deal....
