Let me show you in my travels.

You know.
No matter whom I talk to~ I know I'm going to have a great time.
Be it randoms, village people, frost, or that toad that I once died and pray to every night.
Can talk about all sorts of random things~
real life, trades, game history, hunting spots, friendly people in your area, why J&L have not put a chess table in the game yet, or why the hell this creepy dude asking you questions at your pali and you have no clue who he is cause you don't read the forums "go away please sir".

But yes my point is interaction with players is fun. scary- but fun.
As one encounter I had here...


or these guys...that was also a bad encounter...yeah if you see this base run...like...run...don't stop. don't say hi. don't pass go. just turn my fellow hearthlings and run dafaq away.


or this...this is scary too. that's a lot of oversize dead cows. please give me 3....


BUT for every scary encounter you get to scare someone else...like this shirtless hobo who ran to save his bark....poor poor newbies...ok there was not much of a reaction here...I don't think he even noticed me. lol.


But I love to travel for every other encounter you might fight something~ Soooo pretty!

I seem to spend a great deal of time talking to people thought their walls. Lately the topics have been history and politics.

World 2-3 with wyanville, bottleneck and the goons. Then when a few goons join AD when it was born. Brodgar was also born as a official faction world 3. Myself joining Ad world 3 slowly helping the faction build then the world bug happen. Q9000ring and the chaos afterward. When world 3 finally came to an end and AD faction had its first semi split. I went about to build a village still part of AD but not as part with official members.

Day 1

Maze the Wanderer: World 10.
The world is large, no doubt about that, but have you really traveled?
Let me show you in my travels.

It's a new world and a new year in Haven and Hearth.
We've come along way from what are game use to be~ so many memory's.
From large scale wars, Bug abuse and worlds without peace.
Haven and Hearth became to be known as one of the most punishing hardcore survival games there is.
That might still be true in world 10.
but the worlds have become a lot more peaceful and noob friendly over the times.

I'll once again adventure into this world posting about my journey as a wanderer.
Seeing the sights and posting about the life of a vagabond....and my pet frog.


Now as we both travel the...I dropped my frog...RIP froggie...

I travel a bit after the shock of losing my good friend
to see a few camps popping up here and there

after a small talk with friendly Aeson I carry on with my adventure.

Crossed a few russians making a town called hippyville ( I think that's what they called it). Sadly it was 5am for em' and only one of em' was on.
Enzo, the man with the plan was pretty cool about the fact I snuck into their base.
but I was unable to fool him after trying to convince him that I lived there with em'.

I've seen a few factions here and there.
but out of respect for competitive factions I'll not be posting my map or a pic of their base at the current time.

so today map will lead off with this.
the WTF is going on with this map tile.

Day 2

I'm not really sure what to study anymore.
It seems for Curiosities what every I can stick in my study is what I'll study. regardless of how crappy it is.
This brings me to studying a lot of Emerald Dragonfly's, Feather Trinkets, Hedgehog quills, Dandelions, Worm_Eaten Apple & Conecrows.


my diet consist of apples, blueberry and a mix of nuts and barries.

with items, pretty much anything that's not locked down I'll take and replace with WWW's (how I got my leathers, sorry noobies)



Sometimes on my travels I see things....things that will chill you to the bones.....LIKE KILLER BUNNYS!!!!

WAY later....like WAY WAY later into the evening I found this afk noobie

and omg the poor man needed help.
all his WWW were in a basket. no claim. and all his stuff was snap on grid. my guess~ 100% new.

so I got to work fast. build him some drying racks & places all his stuff next to his house nice and neat.


if "??? Cute little noobie" sees this.
DO NOT AFK OUTSIDE. logout or afk in your house.
Wild animals will aggro you if you afk outside like this and kill you.
Also get a claim ASAP
to do this make an alt and summon him in with a "Wilderness Beacon" use this alt to run around and discover all the trees and bushes. this will net you around 8k in LP.
Buy Will to power, Farming and then Yeomancy. THEN CLAIM YOU LAND! save you from being robbed blind.
claiming alts will save you from having to invest lp.
just pump em with curio and log off.

~ later down the road I found a gathering of Wanderers and hermits. We chilled the fk out and had a party.
gave eachother some gifts then played some music. you have not lived till you've been to a hermit party.


Then came a close to our rave~ server reset

Delete my world map yesterday to make a fresh start for the new one....

yep...that happen.

So after much running around the world, mapping...wandering
I run into a monster of a base being built by and army of bots.


And when I say monster. I mean she's a big one.


She comes with large doors and pali galore.



So I had to run around finding everything this base had to offer and find out who owned this place.
with the amount of people. and alts. I think it's safe to say this is DIS.
The style is not even far off to their other bases of past worlds.
Small camps litter the place.





All connect with sign post. named the same way DIS use to name their sign post.
A mighty base for a mighty faction. that's all in the reports of maze the wanderer today.
Good luck in the lands hearthlings.
DIS walls are built, the question is when do they adventure out?

With now nearly 2 week behind us and we start seeing the world.
HnH has come along way in the last few years since world 8. and we can see that with user "RedFox" tracker.

We broke some records. but world 10 is truly doing that. let's keep it up

Also surprising world 10 is the smallest world since world 1! most worlds have been 5x5 but this world is a tiny 4x4. No wonder why you're seeing so many encounters.

I've not done a lot this week. to busy setting things up, planning things and talking to others...I find a lot of people running around on the water. kinda scary never know if they are friend or foe...but I'll jump into your boat anyways

Bored hits the hearth lands. What can drive one mad. to rip off ones clothing and run around playing tag. I truly like the feeling of grass rubbing against my......feet


Also boat rides are a much great past time.


Until someone trys to whack your long boat.




Lets talk about the gods of this land....I notice they are being killed. this one has been turned into a sign. we pray for him still.

I have been busy setting up a little base with things to trade. I hope I can get back out to wandering this weekend. Hopefully to not get my ass kicked my swans or more evil ass wild life.
