LP to Study should be a nice amount.
But honestly this idea of teaching is just so nice to have that I would just live with the fact people alt it.

Not LP, XP. Cost applied to both master and student.

Sevenless: We already know real life has some pretty shitty game mechanics, it's why we're here instead.
Avu: The end is near it has finally come to pass: I agree with Lunarius...
Shubla: There are also other reasons to play this game than to maximize your stat gain.

i feel this so much, every suggestion a band-aid ontop of more band-aids.

Hunting rework should be a dev priority.

Think the same. Hunting needs a good balancing, and something to be done against funckin animals fleeing...

Hunting is ridiculous atm, what's the point with having to carry 2 or 3 boats with an alt to stop an animal fleeing or not being hurt ?
Old classic system was maybe too easy and with flaws but at least it was fast and anybody could give it a try. Hunting now is just a pain. Now it's easy too, bears were killed day 1 as usual but with epic exploit techs, boat blocking etc ... but when it comes to "legit" fight it's impossible to get an animal killed even with good stats / gear. Combat system is ok, but some animals need to be more balanced so that players don"t have to cheat to kill them. There's no point in making them un-killable. To stop "exploits" you just introduce more and more difficulties for players that don"t exploit, and so hunting in a legit way is almost impossible. This is broken system.

Horses exist in the game as the solution to fleeing animals. Hunting may need changes, but this bitching about not being able to catch them is getting old. Get on a horse.

When I was just starting to hunt, I could've found a hundred reasons to disagree with you. But since i've gotten a sword and some experience, I'm starting to think that the current hunting isn't so bad. It gives you a sense of progress, as you become strong enough to take on stronger animals. Having a horse is almost essential for hunting efficiently, but it's part of the progress you need to make.

Exactly. We are not so far into the world, we don't need to be able to kill everything on foot with ease. Bugs aside. There are steps players can take to make hunting more efficient.
