Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if they're fated considering how rare they are. But you can never really know with fate.

eating = poisonous
biting/stinging = venomous

anyways, great update as always. looking forward to more fleshed out healing/wound mechanics. still hoping for a sericulture revamp.

Oh praise thee! Soap! Now we can wash our filthy Hearthling hands before we eat :D

'Bout time we got something for the infections...but...what's to cure the snake bite? I didn't see anything in this thread so far...

Earlier in the thread the wound said it would get worse before it got better, so I'd say... time.

my adder bites stopped at 9 dmg after about 6 hours and are now lowering at a slightly quicker rate then they were building at

Edit: also the -15 strength doesn't stack so that's nice, beginners can survive them but everyone should still avoid them, calling them nasty was extremely accurate

I'm really not feeling the -15 strength debuff. It's way too punishing for way too long.

Other wounds you need to get basically KOd to get, but for this you stumble on a little noodle and are basically locked out of all hunting for days. And there's no cure either. Really not feeling it.
Did you know that if you stare at the sun just as it sets, you see a green flash...

Doesn't seem to last that long, but it's quite annoying indeed.

Getting bitten too often seems to bring this wound here -
