Tree climbing

Climbing in trees should be a thing.
Like pine trees, tall ones.
When you climb in a tree, you could see the minimap a bit further than usually.

I suggested tree climbing once, I like it. You could include things like bird nest discoveries, some form of curio and also injuries from falling out of it. :)

Yeah, I think you could expand on it quite a bit, you could also have some kind of hiding in trees mechanic, which could then be balanced by the risk of falling out of it. I went into it a lot more before but I forget now, was like a 2/3 years ago, lol.

Except the lynx, which would climb the tree and get you.

Also, with bee hives, would be nice way to get wax early, but with a risk of bee stings (maybe those give a PER debuff)

I also like the idea of hiding up in the trees, and then use your stealth x dex for hiding, and stealth x perception to notice their shadow, or something like that. Also can only stay up in a tree for so long, maybe STR x Will x some unit of time

Probably bees should be a new mob, like ants, but flying.
Btw the game still require the obeject control object thing before these things could happen, from my understading.

Add in a ladder to the top of a stone tower for similar, or greater effect!

I would like what amanda said.

Success, or speed of doing so could be dependent upon agility, (think scaling speed when jumping up/down cliffs), and a tool to escape a number of animals. Success of escape, again, depending upon the speed. And, within trees, various curious could be spotted, more easy from the tree already climbed looking down, but also from the ground with significantly more per*exp.
