Base size + increase in materials/time for larger, similar to cellars. Might not be there yet to do this server side, though?

Simply allow to make us making smaller and larger versions that are randomized. People aim for bigger places eventually. Or let us upgrade smaller ones?

And by the way, if we want waste some stuff, why not just let us to do that? People like me would probably enjoy having possibility of one more thing to build to make places more unique
