same tbh. I can't just randomnly rawhide you anymore :(

It would be so much better if we could open the cigar box and take cigars out/store cigars

Cigar storage was actually somewhat of an issue in my base and this would've actually been a nice solution

Not sure. I'm not entirely closed to the idea, but I wanted it to be a bit obscure, so that you don't obviously and immediately know how close you are to the leader.

Some sort of counter would be cool but I guess most of us will assume it’s the max and keep a tick counter or something for the 12. This is a really neat idea to the catch up mechanic and reading through all the usual stuff, it seems we should wait for the numbers to all get adjuster or whatever before we grab the pitchforks.

Since the devs are looking at the actual number of completed quests and can see what number of players are in the top X% maybe they can get some sort of benefit for being at that level. This way the people that are lagging behind can catch up and the people that are really trying to cut the bleeding edge have that I need to shoot for the magical number that gives me this blessing from the dieties motivation to quest like a madman.

great update just need to add more restore drinks to balance satiations then we can go onto a more balanced w12!
also for all the ppl crying they cant no life quests anymore just make it so you have 2 different quest trees 1 with hunger/lp (3 per day) 1 with everything else (unlimited # with extreme decreasing exp gain)

Fantastic update for me. I'm unemployed In real life, hermit ingame and play Haven daily, still dont have the time to go on big questing trips. I do maybe 3 a week. I do quests if i'm in the area to complete them in.

So this cap is nothing to me. Seriously, fuck "active players", if being active means putting in more than the 4 hours I already do then I'm going to have to quit when the next contract rolls in. This game requires enough time as it is.

I haven't yet seen a single post about the changes to energy, hope someone does while I WrIte this. I'm sitting here with my character chugging an obscene amount of milk. 2% is not a lot, but this update gives us the ability to restore energy without buttfucking our hunger meter. Now all that's left is to figure out when is the most efficient time to eat. Perhaps starve yourself to 300%, eat to 250%, resume starving?
Boofing and gumping it all damn day. Shoutout to my homeboy Moloch

Not sure why people are bitching about the questing.

I think a larger problem is the quests not being fun in any way versus the rewards they give. The only time they're actually useful is when everyone is a sprucecap (first 1-2 months) and craftable curiosities are pretty shit.
