Destroy Baskets? And question about Militia...

Postby fldash » Wed Jun 03, 2009 4:01 am

Is there a way? My new home is littered with them because in my infant state they are the best way for me to gain points...

I also just got the militia skill, and don't see how/where to build training dummies...

I have two axes equipped and can't kill a cow... :( I keep running out of stamina. I have 3 unarmed / 3 armed skill.

There isn't a way yet to destroy things that have been built, but you can get around this by making sure you don't put in enough materials to complete things that you're just building for experience, then click the "destroy" button to destroy the site.

I don't think training dummies are implemented yet, either.

And... I don't know there, since I didn't try that at that level, but stone axes aren't great.

1. There is no way to remove containers, you can only move them.
1a. I find that learning pottery and making teapots is faster and makes less clutter.
1b. You might also want to try moving the personality slider towards change, for the learning point bonus.
2. Training dummies aren't implemented yet.
3. Cows are very difficult to hit (Considering that they are huge and slow =/.). I wouldn't try hitting one without ~9 skill in whatever weapon.
You see a masterful engraving by Blaze. On it is Blaze, bears, boars, and foxes. Blaze is striking down the bears. The boars are screaming. The foxes are in a fetal position. The image relates to the return of Blaze in the late winter of 2009.

I finally destroyed a cow! Needed the meat! Took 3 trips to kill it.

I really hope they allow you to destroy at the very least containers that are empty... :(

I'll do the incomplete build thing from now on and try to learn pottery but that's going to require some sort of equipment and I've moved away from the city.

Not really, you can dig for clay practically anywhere, it requires no tools. Though try not to dig near the farmlands of other players, they won't like that.
Crafting teapots also requires no tools, and you don't need to burn them; simply drop them and they will disappear eventually.

It does take stamina though, so be sure you have a reliable food source.

Base LP gain from digging for clay is 5, and the gain from crafting a teapot is 25. You need 4 pieces of clay to make a teapot, so that's around 45LP for each one.
