Well? Any news on this? We just spent an entire night kickstarting the cheese production. Will we have to do it again in 2weeks time when new batch of trees is finished? I'd really hate it ...

Welcome to cheesemaker's world. If you're not specialise in Carpentry, half of your playtime is chasing a carpenter requesting to make more racks/trays or upgrade existing ones.
