I must give some begrudging credit to the devs here. It truly is quite an astonishingly astounding feat they have accomplished here.

Typically in a game, when a large percentage of the player base is extremely vocal, consistently and regularly, about a thing they want the developers cave and players usually get what they want. It takes either the biggest set of balls or the smoothest of brains, I dip my crayons in paste for that extra flavor sort of mentality to consistently and regularly disregard what your player base cries out for.

tbh - there is zero reason to start a world midsummer. playerbase is smol and lazy during this time of year. and after a month or tho there will be shoutouts for new world. so... wait til mid september at very least.
