Infected sore

I've got an infected sore from a sand flea bite that I've treated twice now with Ant paste and it's still there Any idea that how to get rid of it.?

It is a wound modifier, the ant paste removes the negative effects it applies to the wound it's on.

Best way to get rid of it is to heal the wound.
