New Implementations

- Improved upon the rain implementation from last week. Rain is now a regional effect, with hopefully more reasonable variance. Mushrooms are now more common after rain.
- Added "Seasponge", curiosity, cured upon a herbalist table to become...
- Added "Sponge", curiosity.
- Added "Diver's Weight". A "Diver's Weight" is necessary to pick foragables below the surface of deep water. Do note that below surface forage can currently only be clicked via the minimap. Hoping to fix that at some point, but it is what it is for now.
- Added "Wildgoat Lur", instrument.
- Added "Tar Doll", curiosity.
Key Fixes

- Cleaned up the curiosity crafting menu a bit, and split off several recipes to a new base category called "Dolls & Figurines".
Small Fixes
-----------------------
- Fixed a bug with "Stonestead" internal doors erroneously counting their variable materials, with the effect that sketches could not be used to assign materials correctly to them.
- Redrew the icons for "Tin Warrior" and "Barkboat" in high resolution.

- Rain fixes took a bit more time than I had hoped this week. I have a bunch of tweaks and fixes based on feedback that I want to get to for next week.
- Again urging any custom client maker who wishes to stay relevant to get with the new rendering times. Support for the old resources will be dropped at some point.
- Our primary development direction is toward object-controlled-objects.
