How To Put Moose Antlers in Kiln?

Postby OblongNoodle » Tue Mar 28, 2023 3:18 pm

Question in the title. Can't seem to put antlers in kiln to make bone ash. Is there a trick to it? Not supposed to be a feature? Feelin' dumb.

I think the recent patches broke this. It's a bug.

It's not possible to put moose antlers in a kiln to make bone ash. While antlers are made of bone, they are not the same as other bones that can be used to make bone ash. Moose antlers are composed of a specialized type of bone called "antler bone" which is different from the regular bone found in the body.

To make bone ash, you need to use regular bones such as cow bones, chicken bones, or even fish bones. These can be ground up and then fired in a kiln to create bone ash. However, antlers cannot be used for this purpose.

Thanks robot "Retard1979", you just taught me something!
