Make stacks work for creel and baskets

Stacks are good. Baskets and creels were great before their addition. Now they seem obsolete, creel still has its uses for hooks and lines that don't stack but baskets just seem way to small to be of any actual use.
Allow stacks to be put into them (maybe allow creel to store bait while you are at it but i can live without it), or increase their capacity (especially baskets, creels are decently sized, baskets are literally equivalent of 4-5 inventory space).

Creel is still useful because it doesn't take a hand slot and can store hooks/lines (something OP pointed out.)

Wicker Baskets are kind of obsolete in their current state.
