Burying the Dead

Went to bury my skeleton and now it's pointing inside some dudes house. Am I just fucked until I get trespassing to get it back or is there a way to get rid of this quest?
Very cool if im forced with this quest in my log forever or pay a 20k LP tax for a few stat points, enjoy your undeveloped skull. :x

Can't cancel it, only way is to break in and steal it or wait until he buries it himself
